It’s Bright in Melbourne!

It’s a dreary day here on the West Coast so I thought I’d better share some colour to brighten our rain-soaked Wednesday! Belonging to Jenna Spence and her partner James, the clean lines of this Australian home are brought to life with bold artwork and juicy bursts of colour. The couple renovated it three years ago with the help of Penny Wheeler and it’s hard to imagine that it was once a dark ’70’s abode complete with purple walls and wood panelling! One tough year of renos brought this home to it’s current bright and open state and I’d imagine it would be hard to ever leave it now…

I’m really loving the polished concrete floors and isn’t this backyard patio divine? Makes me wish I was sitting there in the sun right now, margarita in hand. Sigh. Back to my hot tea…glad I wore my cozy flannel shirt and boots today! See you Friday 🙂
