For all of you fellow Canadians enjoying this lovely holiday Monday, Happy Victoria Day! Otherwise known as May Long, the traditional Canadian way to celebrate Queen V’s honorary long weekend is by camping, soaking up the sun and enjoying a fine brew…or two! And this year we’ve got the added excitement of watching some great hockey…more Canadian pride! We’ve had a pretty relaxing weekend around the house until now and the sun finally came back out of hiding so we’re off to the park before doing a little gardening and yard work. Later this afternoon, we’ll likely find a spot of sunshine on the patio for one last happy hour before the busy week to come…
